"ALL PHYSICAL AND PSYCHIC SUFFERING COMES FROM IGNORANCE,
PERFECT HAPPINESS STARTS FROM KNOWLEDGE."

How does a human work?
It is a being animated by a complex internal system of vital organs, the interconnection of three neural centers, and the vital breath. These centers communicate by emitting specific frequencies, scientifically measurable as waves, which influence its mental state and overall health. When in harmony with its vital systems, its five senses, and the five elements of nature, it remains in perfect health. In this state of joy and full awareness of its identity, serving the world around it, its mere presence awakens, inspires, and soothes.

THE MIND
The mind is the product of the brain's neural activity, including synaptic connections, neurotransmitters, and specific brain regions. It is the seat of consciousness and cognitive functions.
Under the influence of the ego and internal factors (emotions, beliefs, repressed wounds, subconscious patterns), as well as external influences (environment, experiences), it processes thousands of thoughts, as well as perception, emotions, memory, imagination, and decision-making.

How does it work?
The ego (personal identity) and the three aspects of the mind (cognitive, emotional, and instinctive) influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, generating desires and actions stored in the subconscious, then in the unconscious. It is from there that harmful impulses can emerge if the mind is not mastered and guided by an ego aligned with the heart, creating a lifestyle disconnected from the deep aspirations of consciousness and subjecting the individual to impulsive and automatic reactions to stimuli.

THE LOVE
Loving is not limited to a fleeting emotion, as feelings, often unstable and subject to inner fluctuations, are merely illusions of the mind and manipulations of the ego. When the mind is freed from disturbances, true love emerges, opening us to forgiveness, compassion, and empathy. This love creates a deep harmony between the body and the mind. It frees us from psychological troubles, bringing clarity and serenity while aligning every action with consciousness. Loving is the existential truth we must cultivate to preserve our health and open ourselves to healing.
