"STRENGTH DOES NOT COME FROM PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES,
IT COMES FROM AN INDOMITABLE WILL."
THE BREATH
Breathing stimulates the vitality of the body and the mind. The quality of our health is directly linked to our breath, which is the only vital function we can consciously control. It is connected to the nervous system, strengthens the immune system, oxygenates the blood and vital organs, and eliminates excess carbon as well as physical and psychological waste. Breathing influences our mental state, and conversely, our psyche affects our breath. By controlling the breath, we can modify heart rate, hormone secretion, and brain waves, thus promoting healing and transforming our existence. It is an essential tool for preserving health, strengthening our resilience, and stabilizing mental disturbances by working on the subconscious. Breathing is the bridge between the ego and the heart.
THE MOVEMENT
A specific movement, combined with breathing and sometimes sound, allows vital energy to flow freely through the meridians. It exerts pressure on reflex zones, activating the endocrine and lymphatic systems. This action reactivates secretions and removes emotional blockages crystallized in the body, while dissolving energetic knots linked to mental memories. Working on the body frees the psyche from traumas buried in the subconscious. By restoring the flow of energy in the meridians, all organs are regenerated, and vital functions are stimulated, stabilizing the nervous systems and promoting a harmonious flow of vital energy throughout the entire being.
THE FOOD
Eating is essential for maintaining good health, involving the use of all five senses, not just the stomach. Food should be seen as a form of medicine, and eating as a noble act. Today, modern society, often unhealthy, pushes people to eat quickly and mindlessly, often in noisy environments and with chemically processed foods. These foods lack nutritional value and can weaken the immune system by overloading the body with toxins. Our health depends not only on what we eat but also on how we eat. Thoughts and emotions influence food absorption, making it crucial to maintain a healthy relationship with our senses, social relationships, nature, and animals.
THE HYDROTHERAPY
Exposure to cold water triggers an immediate response in the body: it stimulates the heart, constricts blood vessels, and focuses circulation on vital organs. The body generates heat to counteract the cold. A 2-minute cold shower stimulates the brain, activates the immune system, and increases the production of endorphins, which act as natural pain relievers and provide a sense of well-being. Cold water also boosts the production of norepinephrine, a hormone that relieves depression. By properly stimulating the glands, cold water improves blood composition, eliminates bacteria and viruses, and clears away neuroses and anger. No physical activity, no matter how long, stimulates the cells and the mind like cold water does.
THE MEDITATION
The word "medicus" in Latin, the root of the terms "medication" and "meditation," means "to heal" or "to make whole." Meditation is not an escape, but rather a peaceful encounter with reality. Surrendering to preconceived emotions that the mind identifies with is a mistake for the human being. Meditation helps bring the subconscious and unconscious back to the source of thought. It teaches us to guide the mind to serve consciousness and create honest communication with our actions. It is the ideal method to regularly clear the mind and make space for new information.
THE MASSAGE
Ayurvedic massages work on vital energy, promoting relaxation and regeneration of the whole being. They are an ideal method to restore balance, inner connection, health, and well-being. By touching the entire body, they stimulate reflex points, which are essential energy centers. This releases physical blockages and positively impacts the body. The practice also affects the mind, reducing anxiety, activating the body's natural healing system, and boosting serotonin production, leading to a great sense of joy.
