BREATH WORKSHOP
Breathing sessions are offered in durations ranging from one hour to a full day.
The methods are primarily derived from Kundalini Yoga, practiced while sitting, on a chair, or standing. These sessions are sometimes accompanied by arm and hand movements, as well as sounds. By practicing these techniques, participants immediately experience the benefits and can apply them in their daily lives. This also provides a gradual introduction to meditation.
